Installs and renovations are the core of the work. Maintenance keeps them looking the way they did on day one.
Drought-tolerant & turf replacement
Lawn out, low-water planting and drip in. Built for Livermore heat and water rates, with mulch and gravel finishes.
Irrigation
New systems, drip conversions, valve and controller replacement, smart timers and leak repair.
Pavers & hardscape
Patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps and borders, set on a proper compacted base so they stay level.
Sod & planting
New sod, trees, shrubs, seasonal color and beds, with soil prep and amendment so plants take.
